first day out.

i had a very productive day today.

first stop was dogfish head alehouse. grabbed a beer and made friends with the bartender. she pretty cool and shes a chem major too. she gave me all these pointers on what to do to find a job out here and chill places in the area to check out. also talked with some of the usuals.. soon enough that will be me.

2 hours later - i was a good buzzing so i decided to sober up at target.

to conclude my night.. i realized i was driving the wrong way home. instead of heading to fairfax, va to my mom's, i ended up washington dc. ended up taking a 10 mile detour.  its cool.. i was able to make it home safely.

i come home and my mom was happy that i had a good day. so in return, i gave her flowers. today is her birthday.
